Akrapovic Racing Line (carbon) silencer outer shell, heat shield and clamp made of carbon fiber, end cap made of titanium, manifold, resonator and connecting pipe made of stainless steel as well as black coated aluminum silencer bracket; without road approval; for Suzuki GSX-8S / 8R, from model year 2022-2024

This exhaust was developed from scratch and made from lightweight, race-proven materials. The outer shell of the silencer, the heat shield and the clamp made of carbon fiber, the end cap made of titanium, the manifold, the resonator and the connecting pipe made of stainless steel as well as the silencer bracket made of black-coated aluminum enable a weight saving of 39.6 % (3.2 kg) compared to the standard exhaust. The alternative routing of the exhaust on the right side of the machine (the standard version runs under the bike) provides a more racing look, and the carbon fiber heat shield provides protection from heat and an attractive finish. Compared to a Suzuki GSX-8S fitted with the standard exhaust system, the exhaust offers a power and torque increase of 4.7 kW (6.4 hp) at 9,200 rpm and 4.7 Nm at 7,650 rpm respectively, as measured on the Akrapovič test bench.

The exhaust features a resonator in the connecting pipe, giving the rider a unique sound experience with a racy and lively tone without compromising performance. The plug-and-play installation means that no mapping is required.

This exhaust system is compatible with the original Suzuki saddlebag set.
