Collectors and pipes are the key to optimal exhaust routing and planned power delivery. CNC milled components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute their essential part. Thus, the diameter of the pipes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guidance of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the manifold, the connecting pieces and the intermediate pipes up to the rear mufflers is worked out in countless test bench runs.

The Arrow manifolds are made of a special steel alloy. The steel is highly resistant to high temperatures and is very easy to form mechanically. It has high resistance to humidity, water and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
