This special tube pannier holder in black is designed for attaching the Rugged Cutout leather panniers.

Notes:
- Only suitable for: Rugged Cutout
- Also suitable with adjustable shock absorbers from Fox and Piggyback rear shocks.
- The bags are attached to the carrier by means of a quick-release fastener inside the bag. If carrier and bags are ordered together, we adapt the quick-release fastener to the respective carrier and mount it on the bag. If bags are ordered subsequently, we need the carriers in-house so that we can professionally adapt the bags to the respective carrier.
