As a basis for the SIP Style vario cover original PIAGGIO vario covers are used. These are powder-coated in a complex procedure of high quality. The surface is very resistant and up to 180°C temperature resistant. The screws for fixing the vario lid should be tightened with 11-13 Nm. The vario lid is delivered incl. bearing, the air baffle on the inside as well as the air filter and the rubber buffers for the cover have to be taken over from the old lid.
