The touring windshield is usually longer and sometimes wider than the original windshield in order to better protect the rider from wind and weather. Depending on the angle of the windshield, the rear end of some models is also tilted upwards across the entire width as a wind deflector. This makes riding more relaxed, even on longer tours. The Tracer 700 is an offshoot of the MT-07 and yet a completely new motorcycle - a so-called sport touring bike. The MRA Variotouring windshield (VTM) is recommended for the daily ride to work as well as for long, extended tours. Its top-mounted spoiler, which can be adjusted in seven positions without tools, moves the airflow to the desired position. Annoying turbulence is a thing of the past. The Vario touring screen is available in clear and smoke gray. Replacement is quick and easy with the installation material and instructions supplied. Shad 3P System side pannier rack, black painted, for Yamaha Tracer 7 /GT (25-)
The 3P side mounting system was developed specifically for the SH23, SH35, SH36 and SH38 side cases, as well as the Terra TR30 and TR40 side bags. During the development phase, safety was the primary focus, alongside aesthetic considerations. Integrated design: The 3P mounting system adapts perfectly to the contours of the vehicle. The typical right-angled frame has been reduced to a single arm, which supports the three points (3P) required for mounting the panniers. Position: Both the volume of the case and the angle of the 3P system have been designed to shift the weight of the luggage as close as possible to the centre of the motorbike. This ensures greater safety and stability when riding with a full load. Aerodynamics: The use of three mounting points provides both stability and flexibility. This is achieved through a slight oscillation of the pannier. This allows air to circulate freely around the pannier, thereby avoiding the so-called ‘angle effect’ typical of a flat, rigid pannier. Here too, this results in improved safety and stability whilst riding. Patent pending: The uniqueness and technical innovation of the 3P system have enabled SHAD to patent it. This makes SHAD the sole manufacturer able to offer this mounting system.Note: Not compatible with TR36 and TR47
