With a lot of know-how through years of data collection and cooperation with racers from MotoGP, WSBK and other classes, the Arrow exhaust systems are constantly being further developed and optimized with the progress of technologies and based on current trends.

Collectors and pipes are the key to optimum exhaust gas routing and the planned power delivery. CNC-milled components and weld seams that do not reduce the inner diameter make a significant contribution to this. The diameter of the pipes, bending radii, weld seams and their exact positioning and design, as well as the routing of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimum layout of the manifold, the connecting pieces and the intermediate pipes through to the rear silencers is worked out in countless test bench runs.

The Arrow manifolds are made from a special steel alloy. The V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically deformed very easily. It is highly resistant to humidity, water and weak alkaline solutions, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
