If you weren’t satisfied with your order or the product wasn’t what you expected, you can return any order to us within 14 days using a shipping carrier of your choice, without providing a reason.

Please enter your order number in the “Order Number” field on the return form so that we can process your return more quickly.

Exchanges:
For logistical reasons, we do not offer direct exchanges—for example, for a different size or color. You’re welcome to return your order to us and place a new order right away. This way, your replacement items will reach you much faster.
Processing time:
Returns that arrive Monday through Friday are usually processed 1–3 business days later. In some cases, it may take a little longer. We therefore ask for your patience.
Complaints
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. To help our returns department properly assess the issue, please email us at least one photo of the defect. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
