If clutch bells are worn blue or visibly worn on the inside, the clutch linings wear faster. If the bell is distorted, it comes to slipping or jerking when starting. Replacement is therefore the order of the day. In most cases, the standard clutch bells are made of two parts. Therefore, there is an imbalance which leads to clutch rupture. The ZELIONI clutch bell has a hard chromed surface and is made of one piece. The wall thickness is much stronger than the original. Thus, it is absolutely dimensionally stable and without imbalance. The fine-grained blasted pressure surface on the inside provides ideal frictional connection between clutch and bell. Annoying clutch plucking is therefore no longer noticeable.

Assembly note: The BUZZETTI holding tool cannot be used for assembly. It is recommended to block the clutch bell with a mandrel or to use an impact wrench.
