For models that are equipped with ABS on the rear wheel as standard, the change to rims from the accessories has always been difficult, often there were problems with the installation of the rear tone wheel. With the SIP bolt kit, these problems are a thing of the past. In the twinkling of an eye, the rims of the "non-ABS" models such as SIP, ZELIONI or even PIAGGIO rims can be mounted, the ABS tone wheel can be screwed to the special wheel nuts with internal thread. Possibly the ABS sensor can drag on the tone wheel, for this we supply two small M5 washers, these simply come to the screw between ABS sensor and swing arm.

Mounting instructions:

• Fix the rim with the five new wheel nuts (bolts with hexagon head, internal thread) and the five M8 washers
• Screw the ABS tone wheel to the internal threads of the wheel nuts using the five M5 Torx screws and the five M5 corrugated washers
• Now mount the swing arm again
• The distance of the ABS sensor to the tone wheel should be at least 0,4mm according to PIAGGIO. If the distance is smaller or if the tone wheel rubs against the sensor, one or two of the supplied M5 washers must be placed on the sensor mounting screw between the ABS sensor and the swing arm to create sufficient distance to the tone wheel. CAUTION: The distance should not be too large, otherwise no signal can be picked up.
