for Vespa GTS Super/GTV/GT 60 250-300cc / fits also for PIAGGIO Quasar 250-300cc 4T LC

Pulley from ZELIONI. The flank angle is significantly different from the original and provides better acceleration and power optimized drive with better power transmission. The modified fan blades reduce the temperature in the entire drive (vario and clutch). Thus less wear of the V-belt.

Measured values at the same load/speed:

Pulley original: 70°
Belt pulley ZELIONI: 59°

Installation note: When used in combination with the ZELIONI variator, only the standard PIAGGIO spacer pulley must be installed between the pulley and variator.

Important: Due to the changed flank angle the pulley can only be used in combination with the slightly shorter V-belt of the LEADER 125-200 engines (part no. P248052 / R163750660 / M6112854). Otherwise it will rub against the engine housing. We also recommend the ZELIONI variator (part no. ZELVGT30).
