Product information "SW-Motech PRO GS Tank Bag"

The PRO GS was specifically designed for steeply sloping fuel tanks, such as those on the BMW R 1250 GS. This sturdy tank bag offers up to 20 liters of generous storage space. Equipped with a MOLLE attachment for a smartphone or tablet holder, the PRO GS is the perfect companion for long rides.

The PRO tank bags combine an elegant and timeless design with durable materials and well-thought-out features: Ballistic nylon protects your gear from impacts, wind, and weather. The top panel, made of laminated EVA material, gives the bags a distinctive shape and, in combination with a MOLLE attachment, ensures a secure hold for smartphone and tablet mounts.

The guide rail for the top ring, which is already attached at the factory, makes it much easier to adjust the tank bag to the shape of the tank and the rider’s ergonomic needs. Only the PRO tank bags offer this flexibility. To complement these, SW-MOTECH offers the patented PRO tank rings made of glass-fiber-reinforced plastic. They are custom-made to fit the specific motorcycle model. (You can find these in the vehicle category and under “Accessories” for each product)

The robust PRO tank ring with a magnetic guide secures the PRO tank bags using a mechanical QUICK-LOCK latch. This allows the tank bags to be attached or removed with a single hand movement.

Notes:

Make sure there is sufficient clearance between the tank bag and the tank surface (even when loaded) to prevent paint damage. If the clearance is minimal, the tank surface can be further protected with paint protection film or a tank pad.
Additionally, to prevent paint damage, you can use the TRT.00.787.10200-B spacer (12 mm) or the TRT.00.787.10100-B spacer (6 mm). This raises the tank bag higher above the tank.
The appropriate PRO tank ring is required for mounting on the tank. (You can find these in the vehicle category and under “Accessories” for the product.)
The PRO Series tank bags are not compatible with the EVO tank rings.
