The SIP speedometer / tachometer replaces the standard very sparsely equipped speedometer with a real multifunctional device. The speedometer impresses with its large analog display for speed (up to 140kmh) and rpm (up to 14,000 rpm). Accordingly, the speedometer needle displays either RPM or speed. The lower digital display can optionally show 18 functions. These can be switched over at the push of a button. In addition to the standard functions such as analog / digital speed display, trip & total kilometers, temperature, the speedometer has an analog & digital tachometer, digital fuel and temperature display, accelerometer for distance and speed measurement, average speed and many other features (see function list). The backlight can be selected from eight different colors. The brightness can also be regulated separately. Before each restart, the instrument performs a complete self-test. The speed pickup is done as original via the speed pickup integrated in the wiring harness or can be transmitted via a digital speed sensor. The appropriate sensors are available as accessories. A cable set for connection to the vehicle is included. This is connected between the speedometer and the wiring harness. Everything without soldering, simple and uncomplicated. Setting and switching between functions is done via the original "Mode" button on the vehicle.
