for Vespa LX/LXV/S/GTS/GTS Super/GTV/GT 60 125-300cc, 4T AC/LC (-18') / for PIAGGIO Leader/Quasar 125-300ccm 4T AC/LC

As a basis for the SIP Style vario cover original PIAGGIO vario covers are used. These are powder-coated in a complex procedure of high quality. The surface is very resistant and temperature resistant up to approx. 180°C. The screws for fixing the vario lid should be tightened with 11-13 Nm. The vario lid is delivered incl. bearing, the air baffle on the inside as well as the air filter and the rubber buffers for the cover have to be taken over from the old lid.

Mounting instruction: When mounting on the PIAGGIO LEADER 125-200cc engines the brass bushing PI431860 for the starter freewheel must still be mounted in the vario cover.
