It starts with the right material. In this case, tough, hardened special steel for locking bolts, housing and supporting parts of the locking mechanism. The built-in ABUS XPlus cylinder has been specially optimized against manipulation, e.g. picking attacks.

The GRANIT™ Detecto XPlus 8077 also plays in the first league electronically. The alarm function with 3D Position Detection reacts sensitively and with 100 dB to break-in attempts. At the same time, an automatic brake disc detection system knows exactly when the lock securing your bike is on the disc or not. So the GRANIT™ Detecto XPlus 8077 can be conveniently transported closed without the alarm going off. And different colored LEDs inform you at a glance about the activity and battery status.
