SW-Motech PRO Tank Ring for BMW R 12 Nine T (24-)

The PRO Tank Ring perfectly combines the innovative strength of two German companies: The QUICK-LOCK locking mechanism used in SW-MOTECH tank rings—which has proven itself over many years—is now even easier to operate thanks to the magnetic guide provided by Fidlock technology. The positioning of the upper ring has been significantly improved: The sliding upper ring comes pre-mounted on a guide rail attached to the tank bag, eliminating the need to drill into the tank bag.

This allows the top ring to be individually aligned on the guide rail on the underside of the tank bag. Once the correct position is found, the top ring is securely screwed into place. When switching to a different motorcycle, the position of the top ring can be adjusted accordingly.

The magnetic guide, developed by Fidlock, complements SW-MOTECH’s already sophisticated mechanical QUICK-LOCK latch: The magnets guide the top ring into the correct position on the tank ring, and the latch snaps securely into place. In this way, the force of the magnets helps position the tank bag. Secure the tank bag in a single step and hit the road—your gear stays securely in place, and it’s fun, too.

The mechanical locking mechanism secures the tank bag, and the magnets guide the two parts of the ring together. The robust glass-fiber-reinforced plastic, with its high-precision locking geometry, ensures that the tank bag remains firmly in place in all road conditions.

The patented PRO Tank Ring is tailored to the fuel filler neck of the specific motorcycle model. This ensures the best possible positioning on the tank.
