Kriega OS retaining plate for Yamaha Tenere 700

YAMAHA and GIVI pannier racks are designed to mount aluminum cases and do not have a standard flat profile on the exhaust side. This special edition OS plate for the Yamaha Tenere 700 includes a stainless steel adapter to flatten the profile and provides a secure mounting for the OS plate so you can mount the Kriega Soft bags.

The adapter is laser cut stainless steel that attaches to the OS plate with 3 bolts and Nyloc nuts. It attaches to the top of the BMW frame with 2 aluminum clamps. The remaining 4 clamps attach the OS plate directly to the frame and provide a very strong and stable base to mount an OS case, OS Adventure Packs or Rotopax ™ fuel or water tanks.

The Yamaha case mount on the side opposite the exhaust is flat and therefore a stock OS plate pipe fit from 16mm to 20mm can be easily mounted on this side.
