With a lot of know-how through years of data collection and cooperation with racers from MotoGP, WSBK and other classes, the Arrow exhaust systems are constantly developed and optimized with the progress of technologies and leaned on current trends.

Collectors and pipes are the key to optimal exhaust routing and planned power delivery. CNC milled components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the pipes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guidance of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the manifold, the connecting pieces and the intermediate pipes up to the rear mufflers is worked out in countless test bench runs.

The Arrow manifolds are made of a special steel alloy (racing variants also made of high-quality, lightweight titanium). The V2A steel is highly temperature resistant and can be mechanically deformed very well. It has a high resistance to humidity, water and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium manifold variant is used in racing.

For legal operation, a version with an integrated catalytic converter is also available for many motorcycles. Retrofit catalytic converters are also in the range for exhaust gas purification.
