Tank ring Basic incl. tank bag lock unit for Honda CB 650 R (21-23) Hepco & Becker

This functional tank ring enables the attachment of a tank bag from Hepco&Becker. The scope of delivery includes a BASIC tank ring and the counterholder, which can be individually screwed to the tank bag depending on the tank shape and handlebar angle. The tank cap can still be opened without any problems when the tank ring is fitted.

• Unlocking: The mechanism is unlocked by a strap at the front of the tank bag in the direction of travel and the tank bag is then simply removed

Difference between Lock-it and BASIC tank rings:

• The general function and operation remains the same. However, compared to the Lock-it tank ring, the Basic tank ring only locks mechanically. With the Lock-it tank ring, the magnets help with centering. The difference lies purely in the two magnetic or plastic domes that are screwed onto the tank ring. The actual model-specific "metal ring" is the same for both versions.

Notes:

• Identical in construction to universal tank ring 516013-5
• A tank bag with Lock-it counterholder cannot be fitted to a BASIC tank ring and vice versa. The tank bag counterholder and tank ring must be from the same system.
